Establishing a Culture of One-on-Ones

Your Small Group leaders, as well as other leaders in your ministry, may be ready to more intentionally serve other students in their spiritual growth. If students are evangelized and established in their relationship with Christ, they can be equipped to meet one-on-one with other students to help evangelize and establish them in Christ’s life. This culture of one-on-one peer mentoring is powerful! When students are equipped to do this and develop a heart to lead their peers deeper into Christ, workers stream into the fields where the harvest truly is plentiful.
